Dr. Cindy Mitchell

Chiropractor


Dr. Mitchell began her studies in the Health Sciences Department at the University of Waterloo, then trained at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. While at Chiropractic College Dr. Mitchell received various honours, including awards for achieving the highest standing in clinical education and excellence in academics.  She then continued her education at McMaster University where she received her training in Contemporary Acupuncture. Dr. Mitchell also continued her commitment to academics through her teaching of pathology and physiology at Centennial College.

Dr. Mitchell entered private practice in 1999. In 2000 she moved to Stouffville where she continues to practice chiropractic and acupuncture. Her experience and commitment to patients ensure that she will provide you the highest quality of care.

Dr. Amy Miller

Chiropractor


Dr. Amy Miller DC is an associate at the Stouffville Health and Wellness Centre where she practises chiropractic and acupuncture.
After receiving her Double Honours degree from York University in1991, she attended Sheridan College to complete an honours diploma in Sports Injury Management. Dr. Miller practised as a certified athletic therapist before returning to Chiropractic College.  She earned her Doctor of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2000. Striving to improve the health of her patients, she is dedicated to continuing education.  Adjunctive therapies include acupuncture, orthotics and exercise therapy.

Dr. Miller welcomes new patients to her practice where compassion, education and experience provide effective prevention and treatment.

Elisa Gray

Elisa Gray has been a registered massage therapist since 2005, graduating from Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. In addition to registered massage therapy, she incorporates hot stone massage, reflexology and acupressure into her practice. She has also become a Reiki Master.

Her clinical experience and extensive additional training allow Elisa to provide exceptional care to all her clients. Her passion is to help increase and maintain the health of her clients by developing individualized treatment plans and delivering the highest quality of care.

Joyce

Joyce (Ming Fong) Ma has been a Registered Massage Therapist in Good Standing with the College of Massage Therapy since 2009. Educated in China, Thailand and Canada, Joyce has an extensive variety of techniques that she uses in her practice.

Joyce focuses on Chinese Tui Na Massage, more widely known as Acupressure Massage. Therapists apply medium to deep pressure to different acupressure points along the meridians of the body, a technique proven effective in treating a wide array of conditions. Joyce has extensive experience treating chronic headaches, migraines, sciatica, frozen shoulders, lower back pain, sleep disorders and discomforts caused by stress and anxiety. Regular Tui Na massage is a traditional Asian healing art that not only helps current conditions, but is also beneficial in promoting overall physical and mental wellness. Joyce uses a blend of techniques to ensure treatments are both deeply relaxing and therapeutic.

Andrea

Office Manager


Andrea has been working as the office manager at the Stouffville Health and Wellness Centre since 2006.  When she is not working she is playing with her 2 amazing boys and shooting photography.

Lorie

Evening Office Manager


Lorie has been with the Centre for two years. She has a passion for travel and is an incredible gardener.
