You do not require a physician referral to see the chiropractor or massage therapist. However, certain insurance companies do require a prescription in order to be reimbursed for treatment fees. Please check your personal insurance policy requirements.
Direct billing is available for most insurance policies. Please refer to your personal insurance policy to ensure you have completed any necessary on-line forms to allow us to complete direct billing.

During your initial visit your health and injury history will be taken, an examination will be performed and your treatment plan will be explained. After those, a complete treatment is most often provided. Exceptions may occur, such as when the doctor needs to send you for X-rays before beginning treatment.
