- Most insurance policies allow us to direct bill. Please contact our office if you require assistance in determining if your policy is eligible.
- Please ensure you bring your benefits card (or ID number and policy number, if no card is issued) to your first appointment to allow us to establish your benefits account.
-Partial coverage, where a percentage of your fee is covered, can still be direct billed. You will be required to pay the difference at the time of your treatment.
